RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

Dr Antony Mullen

Antony has a Ph.D. from Durham University and has worked in research and teaching roles within secondary and higher education in the UK.

Antony worked in higher education market research before joining RISE. In this role he conducted research which helped UK universities and public sector bodies improve their educational offer to current and prospective students.

Prior to this, Antony has been a Research Assistant at Newcastle University (on an e-learning project) and spent several years teaching on the undergraduate programmes within the Department of English Studies at Durham University.

He is Director of a research network which advances the interdisciplinary study of Thatcherism (the subject of his Ph.D.) and the Co-Convenor of the Political Studies Association's Conservatism Studies Specialist Group.
